  • you need:

    Millys power bread mix + 1.5 cups hot water + 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar

    -

    1. pour Milly´s power bread baking mix into a bowl, add water + apple vinegar.

    knead well for 4-6 min until homogenous.

    .

    2. let rest for 2h.

    .

    3. preheat oven at 350°F (mode: bottom + top heat). total preheat time 20-25 min.

    .

    4. form a round loaf. gently press together to a ball or other preferred shape. 

    it`s gluten free so the dough will not rise significantly.

    .

    5. put dough on (floured) baking tray and bake at 340°F for 2h.

    .

    let cool for 15h (1/2 day) before cutting. enjoy your fresh bread! you did great!

    Millys buckwheat mix + 2 cups warm water

    .

    1. pour Milly´s buckwheat sourdough bread baking mix into a bowl + add water

    knead well for 2-3 min until homogenous.

    .

    2. cover and let rest at room temp (73°F+) for 1h.

    .

    3. stir a bit, then place dough in loaf form

    .

    4. preheat oven to 430°F (mode: bottom + top heat). total preheat time 20-25 min.

    .

    5. place loaf form on baking tray, bake at 400°F for 60-65 min.

    .

    let cool for 2-3h before slicing. enjoy your fresh bread! you did great!
