At Milly's, we stand behind the quality of our sourdough baking mixes and want you to have a successful baking experience. This Refund and Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Our Money Back Guarantee

We are confident that our sourdough baking mixes will help you create delicious homemade bread. If you follow our instructions carefully and do not achieve a baked loaf, we will refund your purchase price.

To claim your Money Back Guarantee:

- You must have followed all instructions provided with your baking mix

- Submit a photo of your result to info@millysbest.com along with your order number

- You do not need to return the product

- We will process your full refund within 5-7 business days after approval of your claim

This guarantee applies to the product purchase price only and does not include shipping costs.

Standard Returns (Unopened Products)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return:

- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging

- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used products (except under our Money Back Guarantee)

- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

- Products purchased during special promotions marked as "final sale"

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@millysbest.com with:

- Your order number

- The items you wish to return

- The reason for your return

We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address at our U.S. warehouse.

Return Shipping

- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

- Return shipping costs are non-refundable

- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

- The refund will be issued to your original payment method

- Refunds cover the product purchase price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable

- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

If your return is rejected (e.g., opened product not covered by Money Back Guarantee), we will notify you and may offer product replacement or store credit as an alternative.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@millysbest.com with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

- A description of the issue

We will provide a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return damaged or defective items unless we specifically request it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Subscription Orders

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

- Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings

- Contacting us at info@millysbest.com

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date. You can find your next shipment date in your account dashboard or confirmation emails.


Subscription Refunds

- Once a subscription box has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded

- You may cancel future shipments at any time, but already-shipped orders are non-refundable

- Unopened subscription items may be returned following our standard return policy above

If you need to pause your subscription temporarily, please contact us at info@millysbest.com, and we will accommodate your request.
